Factory embedded elements are made mainly from heat-resistant plastic. At home, it is very difficult to process such material, so home-made mortgages are made of wood. Wood has the advantage that it is easier to level and will not warp even when loaded with heavy chandeliers.

The simplest version of the design is made of timber:

1. You need to take the fastening strips, bend them so that there is a minimum of space between the base and the platform.
2. Make a cruciform shape from the bars.To do this, you need two identical pieces of wood, recesses are cut out in the middle, the element is folded into one structure. For fixing, self-tapping screws are used; you can additionally strengthen the connection with glue.
3. Planks are connected to the platform, attached to the ceiling.

For lighter structures, boards, OSB boards and other similar materials can be used instead of beams. In such designs, not wood, but fastening strips will be responsible for adjusting the height.
